Already working with an architect? No problem — we’re happy to collaborate and take your project seamlessly through to completion.
With extensive experience in the planning process, we can advise you at every stage and prepare and submit Planning Applications on your behalf, giving you the best chance of approval.
Uniquely, we have a highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyor within our team. This allows us to provide detailed specifications to support build quotations, as well as offer expert project management — bringing all aspects of your build together to ensure your vision becomes a reality.
We can even assist before you purchase a property. Our surveyor can carry out full Home Surveys, helping you make informed decisions with confidence. For existing properties, we also offer Dilapidation Reports, which can be used to create a clear schedule of works for renovation or repair.
